Alternative Current Studio is owned by Christopher Leonard Miller & operates out of a church built in 1888, restored to its' former glory; boasting original 16 ft ornate tin ceilings and original red pine flooring, located near the Long Point Biosphere in Norfolk County, Ontario. The Upstairs is 1500sqft of loft style space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and lounge that's perfect for unwinding after long sessions. The space doubles for live group tracking for that massive sound you can only achieve in a space like this.

The downstairs features the control room kitted out with all the best of new and vintage recording technology, which windows into the intimate tracking room. There is also another smaller lounge and another kitchen equipped with a bar.

The purpose of opening the studio is to provide honest rates for professional recording along with room and board; a perfect place to write, rehearse and record the album you've been dreaming of. Whether your genre is hip hop, folk, rock, pop, punk or metal, Alternative Current has you covered with its' wide range of eclectic professional gear. Minutes away from sandy beaches lined with local wineries, breweries, butchers & produce stands. CLM single handedly renovated the entire upstairs live room and downstairs tracking room embracing their passion for DIY. CLM is not a transplant in these parts; promoting local shows at a young age through high school, bringing bands from all over North America to play in the almost forgot about county, that is smack dab in the middle of Southwestern Ontario; 2 hours from Buffalo, Detroit and Toronto.
